Write to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We send you the returns address; you send the pieces unworn, with their tags, with a tracked service. Returns & refunds

You do, unless the piece is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered: then we pay.

Place a new order for the size you want, then return the first piece for a refund. That way your size is reserved for you straight away.

Within 14 days of telling us you are returning, to the payment method you used. We may wait until the parcel is back with us or you show us you sent it.

Sizes and fit

Measure your chest, waist, hips and inseam and compare them with the size guide below (body measurements in centimetres). Then read the fit note of the piece: relaxed and boxy cuts are meant to sit loose.

Take the smaller size for a closer fit on relaxed cuts, the larger one for more room on regular cuts. Still unsure? Write to us with your height, weight and the piece, and we suggest a size.

Trousers sold in waist sizes (W30, W32 …) use your waist in inches: W30 is about 76 cm, W32 about 81 cm, W34 about 86 cm. Trousers sold in XS–XXL follow the table below.

Care and materials

Follow the care label. As a rule: cotton and jersey at 30 °C inside out with similar colours; knitwear by hand or on the wool cycle, dried flat; no tumble dryer for anything you want to keep its shape.

Light pilling where the fabric rubs (under the arms, on the sides) is normal for soft yarns, especially in the first weeks. A fabric shaver or a knit comb removes it. If seams open or the fabric wears through, that is a guarantee matter: Legal guarantee.

On the product page, under Fit & fabric and in the details, and on the label sewn into the piece.
