Where we deliver
Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, France, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Poland. Prices include the VAT of your country and there are no customs duties: you pay nothing on delivery.
How long it takes
We pack orders on working days (Monday to Friday, public holidays excluded). An order leaves within 1–2 working days and arrives 2–5 working days later, depending on the country and the area. The product page shows the expected delivery window for your order before you buy.

Tracking
When your parcel leaves, we email you the tracking link of the courier. You can also check the status of your order on Track your order with your order number and email.
If you are not at home
The courier leaves a notice and tries again, or leaves the parcel at a nearby pick-up point, following the courier's rules in your country. If a parcel comes back to us because it could not be delivered, we contact you to send it again or refund you.
Damaged or missing parcel
If the parcel arrives damaged, please note it with the courier if you can and write to us with a photo within a few days. If a parcel shows as delivered but you did not receive it, tell us within 7 days and we open an investigation with the courier. Either way we replace the pieces or refund you.
